Security disclosure

If you believe you've found a security issue affecting BrokerDefender, please email security@brokerdefender.com. We acknowledge security reports within 48 hours and will keep you informed as we investigate. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we've had a reasonable opportunity to address it.

Data accuracy

If you believe a vetting record shows incorrect data, the first place to check is the FMCSA record itself. See the data accuracy page for the workflow. If BrokerDefender is misreading correct FMCSA data, email hello@brokerdefender.com with the vetting ID.
